Standard shipping is free on all orders Gillaxia Order. PonyUp will charge shipping and handling on all device orders. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price and delivery timing.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.

What’s Next?

Once your order is placed, PonyUp provides information on your order by email.. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.

Order Acknowledgement Email

The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order.. You can click the Delivers date link to view your order status in Order Status.

Shipment Notification Email

We’ll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a Delivers by date. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Carrier Delivery

PonyUp chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning the items to PonyUp. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

If you were unavailable to provide a signature, the carrier will leave a Delivery Notice on your door after the first delivery attempt.

You can sign the Delivery Notice, specify a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, building manager), and leave the notice on your door prior to the next delivery attempt.

If you provide an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package.

Shopping in the U.S.

The PonyUp Web Store US ships items within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased at the PonyUp Web Store.

Simply shop at the PonyUp Web Store U.S. with the payment method of your choice, and we’ll ship the order to any address within the 50 United States.
